Rent the perfect vacation home at Coles Point Marina and RV Resort. Our cottages offer all the conveniences of home, without the responsibility. Enjoy breathtaking views, well-appointed rooms and spacious surroundings, just a short stroll to our private beach.
Cottages are equipped with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV with television services and comfortable furnishings. Two bedroom cottages (sleeps up to 4 guests) and three bedroom cottages (sleeps up to 6 guests) are available for rent. Our five bedroom cottage (sleeps up to 10 guests) features living space on two levels, as well as a secure garage.

*Holiday Cottage Rentals are subject to a 25% rate increase for the following dates:
Memorial Day: May 26th - 29th
Independence Day: June 30th - July 9th
Labor Day: September 1st - 4th

Pets are allowed only in The Wicomico, there is an additional pet fee of $100
All cottage rentals are subject to an $85 property fee.
​
Westmoreland County charges an additional transient tax of 3.5% in addition to the state sales tax of 5.3% for all stays less than 90 days.
A valid Credit Card is required for each booking at the time of check-in. The credit card will remain on file until checkout. At which time the cottage will be checked for damages and to see if the cleaning policy was followed.
​
Cleaning and repairs to cottages will be billed directly to you @ $85 per hour.
​
All Cottages are Non-Smoking.
